```Duties``` - Manage all aspects of the dispensary, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service - Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products - Train and supervise dispensary staff to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge - Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance - Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions - Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate favorable pricing - Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations

```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis industry - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus.
