Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through various quality control measures and inspections. This is a vital role in our organization as it directly impacts the overall quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties:
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Perform quality audits to identify any deviations from established standards
- Analyze data and test results to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues or concerns
- Fabricate testing samples or prototypes as needed for analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation of all quality control activities and results

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a quality control or quality assurance role
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Proficient in analyzing data and conducting statistical analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective actions
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
