You are applying to work with a franchisee of Scooter’s Coffee. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.
We are interviewing for three shift leads to join our team in our newest store in Danville, IL set to open very soon. There will be at least one week of training in our Paris, IL store, where you will learn how to be a barista, some training on management functions, and overall how to lead a team of high performing and energetic individuals.
All full time positions will be given two weeks of vacation time, a free onshift premium drink and a very generous offshift discount.
