Duties: - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies - Operate the POS system to accurately process customer orders and handle cash transactions - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking their orders, and answering any questions they may have - Prepare food items, such as pastries and sandwiches, as needed - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages - Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred - Strong cash handling skills - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating change - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Knowledge of retail math for pricing items and calculating discounts - Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling safety guidelines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Sales skills to upsell products and promote special offers Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
