Scootaround is seeking two professional candidates to join our Solution Center for our remote Customer Service Representative role. As a Solution Center Representative you will work directly with the customer via email, phone, and “chat” to identify customer needs, confirm orders placed online, process requests received via email, escalate complaints, provide quote, and identify helpful solutions. This is a permanent work from home position and requires a minimum of 1-year verifiable work from home in the customer service field. Required hours are between 1pm and 10pm Eastern Standard Time and will require a rotation of weekend hours.

What You Will Do

• Build strong relationships by way of good communication and follow through.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve problems/concerns at the point of contact while being helpful and sensitive to customer’s needs.
• Provide detailed information regarding products and services that reflect the customer’s needs.
• Track and report all communications to ensure a clear picture of all interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year verifiable work from home in the Customer Service field.
• Minimum 2-years verifiable experience in a call center.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• A professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Detailed in note taking on customer interactions.
• Proven self-starter with the ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations.
• Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service.
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Previous “chat” experience is recommended, but not required.

 Schedule

• Full-Time 
  • 11:00 am EST - 10:00 pm EST with a rotation of 1-weekend day every other week.

Additional Information

• $15.00 /hr. supplemented with bonus and commission opportunities. (Monthly bonuses range between $200-$1200)
