RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Support the planning and implementation of research-based curriculum and lesson planning through bimonthly supervision visits to FCC 3K providers.
• Provide guidance and professional learning for providers on the implementation of mixed-age curriculum.
• Support coaching for providers.
• Support providers with child assessments, authentic assessments, and serving special population
• Support with professional development for providers.
• Support with provider recruitment, student recruitment and family services.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education

• Responds seriously and confidently to reports of suspicious and inappropriate behaviors
• Follows mandated reporting requirements
• Communicates to all employees the organizations commitment to protect their clients from abuse
• Reports essential abuse risk management information to the board of directors
• MUST BE VACCINATED
