We are looking for Project Chorepersons to join our team and provide on-site support to our projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the successful candidate to assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, tracking project progress, and providing general support to the project management team.

Responsibilities:

• Material support at the project site, primarily involves purchasing miscellaneous materials, receiving and distributing them, and managing their storage. This requires frequent movement between the production workshop, warehouse, access control points, and supplier sites.
• On-site equipment management and logistical services: Based on project needs, arrange for appropriate equipment rentals and coordinate on-site equipment deployment. Additionally, provide logistical support for on-site equipment, including: scheduling regular maintenance, ensuring a steady energy supply, coordinating equipment requirements with multiple rental companies, and overseeing on-site equipment usage invoicing, comparing charges with actual usage for verification.
• Logistical support of project personnel stationed locally, including arranging transportation and drivers schedule, managing kitchen rental facilities, coordinating with chefs, maintaining monthly expense records and reimbursement requests, and purchasing daily necessities for dormitories.
• Assist with coordinating project activities and resources.
• Keep detailed records of project progress and outcomes.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,264.00 - $61,652.00 per year
