Job Skills/Requirements

As a Special Services team member, you will learn a number of new skills and talents. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Preventative Maintenance
Floor Care-including Carpet Cleaning
High Dusting
Emergency Response Services
Painting
Construction Clean Up
Pressure Washing
Dry Ice Blasting
Out of the Box Cleaning
Industrial Cleaning

Special Service team members will be trained to work on MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform), work in confined spaces, receive respirator certification, and other relatable certifications.

Hourly Rate: $19/hour

Additional Benefit: As a member of our Special Services team, you will receive a pair of Red Wing boots after 90 days of service.

Shift: Typical shift is 7am-4pm but could vary depending on planned work and include nights and weekends with minimal overnight travel.

Requirements:
You must be 18 years old.
For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift, push, and/or carry up to 75 lbs.
