Scioto Services has an immediate opening for a highly motivated candidate who can clean at our job sites and learn to recruit the best talent for our positions!
This person will start with us by working at different job sites throughout the area, getting to know what we do and how we do it - by doing it!
Then, this person will assist the recruiting department by posting jobs, interviewing, and offering positions to qualified candidates.
This full-time position will ultimately lead to a full-time recruiting role. Candidates must be flexible with learning new tasks, be very customer service oriented, and have the ability to work at different locations including out-of-town events.
Job Duties (Cleaning):
Cleaning offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, and common areas in commercial, educational, retail or warehouse/manufacturing environments.
Job Duties (Recruiting):
Advertising, posting positions, working with Operations Managers to understand needs, interviewing candidates, making job offers, and assisting with the hiring process.
Shifts: Full-time - day shift with some flexibility needed for scheduling
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle to travel around Columbus.**
