This Janitorial Manager will oversee the nightly operations of a large cleaning crew focusing on engagement, growth and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Nightly meetings with crew to set operational plans and additional assignments based on site needs, staffing and work orders
Provide direction and identify training opportunities
Set safety expectations and ensure a safe and health working environment
Assist associates with concerns and provide prompt feedback
Oversee timekeeping, PTO requests and scheduling
Use systems and tools in place to order supplies, conduct audits and track personnel matters
Assist site manager with performance goals and provide daily communication
Provide additional support as needed including cleaning
Preferred Qualifications:
3 Years of Applicable Leadership Experience

Onsite, 2nd Shift
