Provides assistance to AOD residents in achieving the desired outcomes of their individualized service plans. Assists residents in meeting their general needs and enhancing the residents’ participation in group activities, meetings and treatment and, when appropriate, providing one-on-one services. Facilitates a variety of activities for residents.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. AAS in Human Services Technology (HST) preferred. CDCA or LCDCII and experience with AOD clients preferred. Valid Ohio driver’s license, use of personal car, annual CPR review and annual PPD testing are required.
