Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate revenue. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, including advertising, product management, analytics, and digital marketing.
Duties:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and referral program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that align with business goals
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials and support lead generation efforts
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables

Skills:
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools
- Proficiency in print advertising, digital advertising, and product management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Solid understanding of sales processes and ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
