Science Matters in America is a leading STEM enrichment provider. Our camps run throughout the Front Range Area and Phoenix. Camps are held at local facilities like recreation centers, churches, and schools. We believe that all children should have a meaningful hands-science experience during their academic career. Most of our campers are K-5 but we have a new camp designed for older students in intermediate and middle school.

Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on a team with instructors, ensuring that the camps are delivered at a high level
• Ensure the safe operation and instruction of all camp activities
• Be a role model for campers, and arrive each day with an inclusive, professional, upbeat, and positive attitude

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have experience working with children as a teacher or a similar position. Camp experience preferred
• CPR certification and First Aid training required.
• Versed in COVID-19 protocols in a camp setting
• Willingness to perform all job duties with enthusiasm and a positive outlook
• Builds teams effectively – values teamwork.
• Fully vaccinated preferred
