POSITION SUMMARY:

The In-Person Call Center Representative is a key point of contact and liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. This person will work closely with one other In-Person Call Center Representative, to provide support for our sales staff by contacting prospective clients via phone and email. The successful candidate will keep customer satisfaction at the core of their behavior and professional decisions. The candidate must enjoy phone call handling and providing exceptional customer assistance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Following call center scripts when handling different topics.
• Facilitate Customer service by directing requests and issues to the designated resource.
• Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you.
• Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage Customers by taking the extra mile.
• Familiarize yourself with essential details of our products and services.
• Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in a customer support role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people and situations.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
