POSITION TYPE: Seasonal, part-time
STARTING PAY: $10 -12 DOE
SUPERVISORY: NO SUPERVISED BY: Crows Bench FOH Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: Assist in table service, dining room setup and cleanup; assist servers and other co-workers. Must be 16 years or older to apply.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Sets and clears tables, assists servers with tasks.
• Help keep dining room clean and organized.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
• Will polish and roll silverware, clean floor as needed throughout service, pre-buss tables, pour water, coffee etc. as needed and will assist in kitchen area.
• Requires the ability to interact with guests and customer of the resort in a friendly, professional and accommodating manner.
• Must have clean appearance to Crows Bench/Schweitzer dress code.
• May assist in host or dishwasher responsibilities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Combined standing and walking for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Will get breaks as available.
• Required to lift up to 35lbs occasionally, up to 50lbs rarely
• Will bend, squat, kneel, climb, twist and reach above shoulder level on a frequent basis.
• Will use hands for grasping and fine manipulation.
• Worksite is 95% inside; exposed to kitchen hazards and ice/snow. All sensory skills needed.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Must have extensive knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities and activities. Responsibilities are listed as guidelines and are not limited to these items.
