Job Title: Processing Lead
Position Type: Full Time, Non-exempt
Pay Range: $20/hr
Location: Alburquerque, NM
Position Objective:
The Processing Lead will oversee the digital/physical receiving/QC and digital/physical processing/verification of CPG and vertically integrated product at the Distribution Center. The Processing Lead will direct the processing team based on direction from the Distribution Manager for priority of product, both CPG and The Processing Lead will be proactive about communicating across departments.
Major Functions:
Inventory Management (50%)
- Working within BioTrack
- Maintaining accurate inventory visibility both digitally and physically
- Responsible for the QC, receiving, verifying, and processing of CPG and Vertically Integrated product
- Responsible for inventory accuracy, with direct and quick notification to the Distribution Manager of any discrepancy/variance in any product both physically and digitally
- Performs weekly/monthly cycle counts on final product inventory
- Responsible for accepting and verifying internal transfers of product
- Responsible for updating and tracking invoices and POs in 206/403 FET and Sage sites
Intercompany/Interdepartmental relations (50%)
- Leading and developing team members
- Communicating across the organization both verbally and in writing
- Responsible for organization and overall cleanliness of space (including but not limited to THC/Non-THC items/consumables), working proficiently with the other members of the Distribution team and other departments
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments in the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness and organization of products
- Proving support to members of the processing team, inventory team, QC team, as necessary to ensure product gets processed accurately and efficiently

Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age
- Experience working with Cova, Bio Track and X3 systems, demonstrating proficiency in inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly customer interaction approach.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- A firm commitment to safety and professionalism
A Plus, but Not Required
- Packaging and inventory experience
- Proven experience in a similar role within the cannabis or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, showcasing a strong track record of adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Possesses knowledge and practical experience in safety protocols and OSHA regulations within a manufacturing environment, emphasizing a commitment to a secure and compliance workplace.
- Additional relevant certifications or training.
Working Conditions?(Schedule, Environment, Travel)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Hours will vary based on needs of the business (Nights, Weekends, Holidays to be expected).
