Salary Range: $17 - $18 per hour
Position Objective:
The inventory specialist
oversees all the activities in an organization related to ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, merchandise, supplies and products
.
We are seeking a strong individual who can help manage inventory control and organization. The individual must have a good understanding of both Metrc and the ERP Inventory Tracking System, and the MED rules and regulations.
Supervises computer system input and system operation procedures.
Essential Functions:
Conduct inventory audits in accordance with regulations and company policies
Receives, prioritizes, and processes orders, and releases orders for shipment according to policy and purchase requirements.
Ensure all Extracts, Oils, Distillates, Terpene Distillates, and finished goods have been quality controlled
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly routine inventory tracking and spreadsheets
Responsible for ensuring all incoming data entries are completed and accurately reported in ERP system as well as including METRC records
Responsible for recording Quality Control records and creating preliminary test samples
The ability to read and analyze data
Work with other teams and units within the supply chain
Regularly communicate with the Logistics Manage to maintain inventory levels and ordering cadence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating all incoming material
Record financial records and adhere to cash handling procedures
Be task-focused, meticulous, and diligent in receiving all incoming material
Adhere to and promote a culture of compliance as it pertains to state, company, and MED regulations
Possess an inquisitive mindset, remain persistently eager to learn new things and maintain a high-level of current knowledge regarding rules and regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Perform daily janitorial tasks (sweeping, cleaning, mopping, taking out trash, washing fixtures, etc.) of assigned work area areas
Ensure adherence to safety standards and expectations and address safety concerns
Embody and promote positive company culture

Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and with skills to learn new computer programs and systems.
Proficiency with an ERP system
Ability to maintain a flexible schedule in order to meet supply chain needs
Education and Experience:
Must be at least 21 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods at a time
Must be able to lift a 50-pound load and carry it for 50 feet repeatedly
Ability to obtain and maintain an MED Badge in the state of Colorado
Strong communication
Teamwork/interpersonal skills
Possess an elevated level of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment
Proven ability to work with little to no supervision and be able to follow directions precisely
ERP experience preferred
Metrc experience preferred
Working Conditions
(Schedule, Environment, Travel)
Schedule will Vary Depending on the needs of the business (Nights, Weekends, Holidays included)
Travel may be required
