Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Plans Two weeks paid vacation holidays for new hires 401k with Company Match Responsibilities : This position, under general supervision, is responsible for taking and filling orders for materials and for there conciliation of material inventory, auditing, adjustments, and monitoring.

• Receives all orders for materials by phone and Outlook and inter-office from other departments. Responsible to ensure that inventory quantities balance with SAP system;
• Researches and identifies inventory transactions when system is out of balance and notifies warehouse of discrepancies in material inventory Packages orders and routes as soon as possible;

Responsible for shipment of special mailings, new promotional items and shipment of packages for other departments as directed Maintains accurate records of what is mailed and where it is mailed for a possible tracing action.

Responsible for creating accurate bar-code tags and providing material tracing of goods issued to the order in real time Audits manufacturing paperwork with SAP and notifies management and line personnel on discrepancies with issues to orders Audits packaging storage locations for actual inventory Keeps inventory of forms and P.

O.P. Order when necessary or contact the department responsible for reordering. Assists in SAP training, understanding, upgrades and functionality Responsible to conduct themselves and ensure subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.

• Preferred Qualifications Education : High School degree or equivalent. Years of Related Experience : 1-3 years of related experience Knowledge / Skills / Abilities : Basic computer skills with Windows operating system including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook;
• Basic skill in the generation of data from electronic general ledger systems such as SAP preferred; Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials movement preferred;
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals;
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; Basic interpersonal and communication skills; Basic mathematical ability;

Must be able to operate scale, postage meter, and other office equipment. Has to know mailing procedures such as C.O.D., next day air, 2nd day air, etc.
