Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures through the use of welding techniques. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various types of welding, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding techniques
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools
- Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve welding defects or issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes
- Familiarity with tools such as grinders, saws, and measuring devices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus
- Experience with distributed control systems is preferred
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is an advantage
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve welding defects or issues
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD for design purposes is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
