JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help coordinate and execute a variety of unique experiences and activities for resort guests
• Set up and take down lawn games each day
• Be able to quickly adapt and pivot when needed, such as when activities need to be altered due to weather changes, etc
• Follow all safety regulations and protocols

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to easily communicate with guests
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
