**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately - Deliver orders to tables promptly - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders - Upsell menu items and beverages to increase overall sales - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in food handling and serving preferred - Proficiency with POS systems, including Aloha POS, is a plus - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently - Knowledge of food safety protocols - Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous - Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculations - Excellent sales skills to promote menu items effectively - Ability to work well in a team environment and assist colleagues when needed This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant setting, providing valuable experience in the hospitality industry.
