We are looking for a solid, reliable and honest tire and lube technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine vehicle maintenance tasks
- Diagnose and repair automotive issues using hand tools and power tools
- Mount and balance tires as well as perform TPMS system relearns and calibrations.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively
- Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately detailing maintenance and repair recommendations
- Lift heavy objects and equipment when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in the service department
- Utilize sales skills to recommend additional services or products to customers
- Adhere to Schroeder's Automotive's standards and procedures to maintain high-quality service
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques

Pay will vary based on ability and experience, but our tire and lube technicians usually start around the $30k-$35k range and go up from there.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
