Job Description

At Schoolhouse we're designers, makers, and creative thinkers, and since 2003 we have handcrafted custom lighting and lifestyle products that transcend time and trend. Just as important as the products we make are the people we work with. They are at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our Supply Planning team! This person will provide support to the team by maintaining the balance between supply and demand. The Supply Planner will deliver accurate customer orders by effectively managing inventory levels and properly scheduling the work of the Product Assembly, Sewing, Metal Finishing and Shipping & Receiving teams.

The Supply Planner will also maintain frequent and timely communication with the department manager, fellow teammates, and other business partners to keep everyone current and well-informed with accurate information concerning business performance, needs, opportunities, and risks.

If you enjoy analytical and critical thinking, are confident in providing recommendations supported by data and qualitative information, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, can meet important deadlines all while working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

If you consider yourself to be an expert in MS Word and Excel, have a working knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign or another ERP system, and are APICS CPIM certified, that is a plus.

Please note, this is a full-time position and may require occasional overtime and time spent on the production floor.
