As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives by providing instruction and maintaining a positive learning environment. Responsibilities
- Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and deliver instruction to students
- Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment
- Manage student behavior and enforce school policies
- Provide assistance and support to students in their learning activities
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure continuity of instruction
- Complete all required administrative tasks, such as taking attendance and submitting reports

Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Knowledge of various teaching strategies and techniques
- Experience in behavior management and implementing positive reinforcement strategies
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience in tutoring or providing individualized instruction
- Knowledge of special education practices and accommodations
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and grade levels
