Job Summary

The Production Assistant will assist in various areas of the Production Department for full cycle order fulfillment. This role will cross train on editing and cropping digital images, preparing and packaging printed products and quality assurance. This seasonal position will work from January-May.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Package order forms for shipment and create Job Bins before Picture Day.
• Prepare products for shipment by following packaging processes and procedures.
• Select the best photo of each student based on facial expression, lighting, posing, etc.
• Crop/resize all images to precise specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
• Package all portrait packages for order fulfillment.
• Produce/package school services and photo gifts.
• Conduct Final Quality Assurance checks on all products.
• Maintain a working knowledge of production processes and standards.
• Regular timely attendance required.
• Other duties as assigned
