We are looking for a Full-Time Administrative Coordinator to join the UTHealth- School of Public Health - Dallas Regional Campus in Dallas, TX, 75207. This is a hybrid position with an in-office schedule of 3-4 days each week. The Administrative Coordinator will provide general business and financial operations support for the Dallas campus and executive leadership. This individual will perform work that is varied and general administrative and/or project-oriented with analysis. UTHealth School of Public Health in Dallas is part of the first and largest school of public health in Texas. Its robust community-engaged research programs and custom-degree offerings are deeply rooted in community and healthcare system networks. The school offers opportunities for hands-on experience working with faculty that are internationally renowned experts in injury and violence prevention, cancer prevention and survivorship, maternal health, and pediatric population health.

Position Summary:
Provides general business and financial operations support to a department or group of professionals and executive level leadership under general supervision. Performs work that is varied and generally administrative and/or project oriented with analysis. Work regularly requires use of initiative, discretion and independent judgement. Makes moderately complex business process decisions requiring a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of regulations, policies, procedures and business practices. Specific departments may provide additional guidance with a departmental position description.
