School District of New Berlin is Hiring a Cheer Head Coach Near Berlin, WI

New Berlin Eisenhower is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the position of varsity cheer head coach. The varsity head coach will work with the assistant coach and will be directly responsible for all aspects of the Eisenhower Cheer program. This position starts this spring.

A successful candidate for this position will possess:

  • Previous cheerleading coaching experience at the club or high school level.
  • An ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and respectfully with student-athletes, their families and other program stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage a quality coaching staff who successfully work together to provide the best possible experience for our student-athletes.
  • The ability to successfully manage the program’s annual budget.
  • A desire and willingness to work cooperatively with each of the coaching staffs at Eisenhower.
  • Discipline and integrity to hold themself, assistant coaches and student-athletes to high behavioral, academic, and performance expectations.
  • An ability to strictly adhere to rules and regulations set forth by the school, District, conference, and WACPC.
  • An ability to interact positively with students, staff, parents, competitors, officials, fans and the media.
  • A willingness to assist with the youth feeder programs within the New Berlin community and encourage student-athletes to given back to their community through camps/clinics and other volunteer opportunities.
  • An ability to complete all district certification requirements. This includes ongoing WACPC, WIAA, District, and First Aid/CPR/AED trainings and certifications.
  • The ability to work cooperatively with student-athletes, their families, and teachers to assist all student-athletes in maximizing their academic and athletic potential.
  • The enthusiasm and commitment to support the Booster Club’s efforts.
