A. Required experience and training: Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) required, or must be obtained within one year of hire
B. Preferred experience and training:
a. Minimum of five (5) years successful experience related to K-12 technology leadership
b. Demonstrated current and progressive knowledge of information, data management, communications, and infrastructure technologies that support the operations of the School District of La Crosse
c. Demonstrated current and progressive knowledge of instructional technologies that support a highly productive, creative and equitable digital learning environment for each and every student
d. Successful experience with program development and stewardship
e. Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills in working with adults
C. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Mindset: A passion for students and educational equity; exceptional facilitation skills; ability to galvanize groups around district initiatives; analytical and creative problem-solving abilities; self-directed; servant leadership focus; excellent oral and written communication skills with the versatility to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders; reflective, purpose-driven, and team-oriented.
