Description:
Possess strong communication skills. Ability to cope with deadlines and diverse demands of
time. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Ability to plan, organize and establish
priorities related to assignment. Ability to carry out job responsibilities and handle sensitive
information in a confidential manner. Ability to work independently and make decisions with
minimum supervision. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional and courteous manner.
Ability to answer a telephone in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to work
cooperatively with others. Ability to assemble computer systems, load software, utilizing
computer systems for individual use, maintain the systems, networks, programs, instruct users,
provide and utilize technical support, and enhance job performance through training.
Job Summary:
To perform all operational and technical duties required for the organized and efficient
day-to-day operation of the technology system.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Meet the requirements for the No Child Left Behind Act:
a. Two (2) years of study at an institution of higher education; or
b. Associate's or higher degree; or
c. Knowledge and ability to assist in instruction in core subjects as verified by a
rigorous state or local assessment.
3. Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screening.
