4K-12 School Counselor
Florence County Elementary School is seeking a 4K-12 School Counselor. This
position will support students with an evidence-based school guidance curriculum, lead
Academic and Career Planning implementation, aid student scheduling, and post-
secondary transition readiness and advisement. The School Counselor will foster
working relationships with students and families while working and collaborating with
both building staff, leadership, and external stakeholders and agencies.
The School Counselor will participate in Professional Learning Communities on a
regular basis to analyze behavior and attendance. Florence School District values the
continuous improvement for both students and staff through best practices and
education of the whole child.
