The teacher establishes and encourages a positive student learning environment and provides clear communication with students. The teacher uses appropriate instructional techniques as well as continually evaluates, experiments and refines instructional strategies while managing the classroom environment. The teacher fulfills professional responsibilities including sharing responsibility for the accomplishment of school and system-level goals and policies.This Title I Reading and Math Teacher will provide instructional support and intervention to students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. Title I Teachers provide Tier II instruction to students struggling to master grade level expectations as well as monitor student progress through formal and informal progress monitoring while working closely with grade level teachers to develop programming that instructs students in reading and math skills through alternative strategies.
