Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of JEs and PETs
- Annual Funding processes
- Participation in team meetings and divisional team meetings
- Contract processing, tracking, and invoicing
- Payment processing and tracking
- ePER management at the direction of the Finance Manager
- Monthly OIT tracking
- Monthly productivity report pulls, analysis, and meetings with internal partners
- Monthly participation in meetings with CUMedicine partners
- Education of new clinical faculty/trainees of coding/billing

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, finance, accounting, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
- A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.

- One (1) year of professional level experience in business, finance and/or accounting administration.

- Two (2) years of professional level experience in business, finance and/or accounting administration.
- Experience working in an academic and/or healthcare finance environment.
- Experience using CU programs (Smartsheet, HCM, PowerBI, MyBi CU Marketplace, Concur Travel & Expense) or similar programs.
- Experience working with students, staff, and faculty, within a higher education and/or academic medical environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, including public speaking.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and evaluate a broad range of laws, rules, and regulations in order to support the department in maintaining appropriate fiscal policies and procedures.
- Experience managing and handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Anticipated Pay Range:The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as:
Entry Level: $42,888 - $54,553
Intermediate Level: $46,672 - $59,366
Senior Level: $50,456 - $64,180
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
