We are currently looking to hire an experienced Design Manager to manage the design and construction of several high-end residential homes as well as commercial offices. An ideal candidate would have both residential and commercial design experience, contractor management experience, and most importantly a passion for helping guide something nice into something wonderful.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Design Manager will oversee the design and construction of assigned residential and commercial office capital renovation projects. Oversight includes design analysis and development, Consultant and Contractor management, and progress reporting to the President.
