Schneiderman and Sherman, P.C. is looking for an experienced, Minnesota licensed, mortgage default attorney to join our growing practice. This individual will collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver tailored legal solutions that align with their objectives and mitigate risks effectively. Manage a range of courtroom appearances, attending meetings and conferences representing the interests of the firm’s clients and general corporate advice and counsel. This position will also include preparation of pleadings and other legal documentation in a fast-paced legal environment. Applying legal analysis and industry principles to requests for information, in a clear and concise manner. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Minnesota Foreclosure Law and the ability to lead and manage projects and processes.
