Job Description:

As a Parts and Sales Associate at Schneider's Motorsports & Marine, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This dynamic position requires a candidate with strong communication skills, a passion for the marine industry, and the drive to excel in both parts management and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Management:

Order and procure marine and trailer parts and accessories.

Efficiently check in, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update as needed.

Ensure parts are stored and labeled appropriately.

Customer Interaction:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers both in-store and over the phone.

Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.

Sales:

Assist in the sales of our boat and trailer inventory.

Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential buyers.

Close sales transactions efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Determined and driven attitude with a commitment to meeting customer needs.

Knowledge and understanding of marine parts and accessories.

Previous experience in parts management or sales within the marine industry is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
