What We Offer
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 Commission & Bonuses
Full Time Hours: 5-day work week (Monday-Saturday)

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service to determine customer’s flooring and design needs
Build client relationships and ensure follow up is completed on all jobs
Be point of contact for customer to provide flooring sample suggestions and perform quality control throughout project
Keep up to date on the wide selection of products and services available
Occasionally team up with kitchen & bath designer to assist on remodeling projects
Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays, and common areas neat, current, and clean
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven work experience in Retail Sales, Interior Design, Construction, or similar role
Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, interior design, business management a plus
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, yet within a team setting
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Basic computer/social media and math skills
Ability to achieve sales goals effectively
Strong personal and professional judgment
Adapt and respond quickly to customers’ needs and wants
Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
Ability to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with clients
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
