What We Offer:
- Hourly Rate: $20 Commission
- Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week (Sunday to Thursday)

- Provide outstanding service to determine customer’s overall design needs
- Build client relationships and ensure to follow up on all jobs
- Keep up to date on the wide selection of products and services provided
- Review space/area measurements and calculate number of materials needed for project
- Create/present project proposals to clients for approval
- Provide any floor sample suggestions and ensure quality control for active projects
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability, and sampling requirements
- Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ proven work experience in Retail Sales, Interior Design, Construction, or similar role
- Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, business management, interior design, or a similar field a plus
- Basic computer/social media knowledge and math skills
- Read floor plan drawings & create project estimates
- Utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors/suppliers & clients
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong personal and professional judgment
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to customers’ needs and wants
- Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Advanced time management skills and detailed oriented
- A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
- Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
- Use the response option in this job board
