By participating in the Schneider Downs Explorers Program, you and other high-performing freshmen and sophomores will learn about the immense opportunities and rewards within a professional services firm, interact with our professionals, including current interns, and network with colleagues from other universities. In addition, our campus recruitment team will provide valuable insights and advice to assist in your preparation for future internship and full-time interviews and the overall recruiting/hiring process.

Who’s eligible to participate?

• Freshman and sophomore standing in a full-time academic program, pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or in technology related fields. 
• Strong academic performance; preferred overall GPA of 3.3 (3.0 minimum)
