Schmitty & Sons is looking for an upbeat, friendly person to join our Team as Office Manager in Lake Elmo! We are proud to be an employee-owned, local, diversified company that consists of over 850 employees, six operating locations, and experience in the passenger transportation business since 1952.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working with team to ensure office operations run effectively
• Assist with student routing responsibilities including routing, GPS monitoring, parent/student calls and other operational procedures
• Assist with driver check-ins and closing base procedures
• Office administrative duties including timesheet exception reporting for payroll, billing, and more.
• Frontline communications for in-bound phone and email inquiries
• Assist with entering trip requests, trip quality assurance, and customer quotes
• Compile driver trip sheets and route packets for drivers

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Read, write, and speak in English
• Have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Very good with Microsoft Office products
• Willingness to get a Class B Commercial Driver's License
• Detail-oriented person with a can-do attitude!
