Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes or instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food service or culinary role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
