PART TIME- PM/evening 1:15pm - 6:15 pm MUST HAVE MEDICAL EXPERIENCE!

RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to perform both front and back office duties.FRONT OFFICE DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: *Answering telephone calls: Must be able to answer patient questions and to educate patients and help keep patients on their care plans *Scheduling appointments *Checking in patients *Checking out patients *Educating patients on products and services *Insurance Verification *Helping patients understand their insurance benefits *Cash handling *Preparing patient charts for their visits-- using both paper charts and EMR *Filing, making copies, scanning and basic office duties *Maintaining a clean office environment *Helping the doctor and patients as needed.
