**Sr Tech Support Specialist**

****Mobility is the goal****

Provide first level product technical support to Sales Order Coordinators, provide phone technical support to customers via the 8x8 virtual call center, provide product technical support to e-Business Manager for e-Commerce content management. A key skill will include the ability to conduct on-line research using the intranet and other internal digital documents to identify elevator and escalator parts. Industry experience, while a plus, is not a requirement, however, technical/mechanical aptitude is needed in order to read and understand technical documents.

* Support e-Commerce web shop with technical content management

* Other SAP/Technical Support related tasks (e.g. maintain e-commerce catalogs, support maintenance of technical content on web site, etc.)
