Applicants for Lead Foreman must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the following areas

• Material take-offs from drawings
• Experienced doing physical layouts from drawings
• Running crews up to 10 carpenters
• Our worksites are mainly in the 5 Boroughs, Long Island, Connecticut, and New Jersey. Schimenti Construction. is a commercial contractor. The majority of our clients are nationally recognized retailers, restaurant chains, banks, and supermarkets.
