Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the following tasks:

• Data Entry
• Bid Drafting / Estimating
• Product Research / Cost Gathering
• Clerical and Administrative Work
• Facilities / Office Upkeep
• Marketing as needed

Examples of Work Include:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing proposals, and handling customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for expanding market reach and increasing sales.
• Cleaning, Filing, Customer Follow-Ups, Shipping & Receiving
• Support business development efforts by researching potential leads and maintaining customer databases.
• Work closely with outside sales representatives to coordinate activities and maximize sales opportunities.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports.
• Contribute to account management by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Assist in technical sales discussions by providing product information and support as needed.

Starting wage is dependent on skills, knowledge and experience. While experience in a similar role and basic knowledge of A/V concepts are preferred, we value dependability, trustworthiness, and willingness to learn above all else.
