**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Duties:**

- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals with a focus on commercial policies

- Develop leads and establish relationships with potential clients

- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs

- Assist clients in filing claims and provide support throughout the claims process

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations

- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in commercial insurance sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively market insurance products and negotiate terms
