Schenectady ARC has 20 residential group homes in our county that offer 24 hour support to residents (each home has 6-8 people).

Our Overnight Direct Support Professionals can work full time (40 hours per week) or part-time (20-30 hours/week) providing overnight (and early morning) care to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities in one of our group homes from 10pm-9am.

Staff assist persons with all facets of daily life including personal care/hygiene, med administration, chores and household tasks, personal goals, recreation and more!

All positions require 2-3 weeks paid (PLEASE NOTE that all positions require 2-3 weeks paid (daytime) training that takes place from 8:30am-4pm and must be completed during your first few months.

All positions require a HS diploma or GED and a valid NYS driver's license.
