Instead of being stuck in an office all day, Junior Construction Managers (JCMs) get to be outside on the construction site interacting with both our Construction Managers (CMs) and trade partners.

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
