Job Description: Responsible for supporting the day-to-day workings of a school office to support efficient operations of the school for safe and productive learning environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Qualifications: · Graduation from a standard high school, including courses inkeyboarding, office business practices; or equivalent; Ability to deal with the public tactfully and courteously; Ability to work with children and school district personnel; Knowledge of and ability to use business English, spelling, modern office machines, accounting principles and practices. Ability to maintain records and prepare reports from such records; Ability to make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations; Ability to type and file rapidly and accurately; Ability to demonstrate computer literacy including but not limited
to, knowledge of Windows, Word and/or Quicken; Ability to work collaboratively; Conscientious about attendance and punctuality.
