Job Description: Shall be responsible for providing building consultation and support in all areas of behavior management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a coach for school personnel regarding appropriate behavior management techniques and interventions.
• Provide ongoing consultation to staff who work with students who exhibit behavioral difficulties.
• Provide intervention with students who are exhibiting emotional and/or behavioral difficulties.
• Work with colleagues to develop appropriate behavior plans for students.
• Monitor student behavior data.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Building Administrators.

Qualifications:

• Professional Educator License with Special Education, School Social Work or School Psychologist Endorsement

• Extensive knowledge in the areas of behavior disorders, behavior management, crisis intervention behavioral intervention techniques
