Mid-sized personal injury law firm seeking experienced and detail-oriented prelitigation paralegal to assist in file opening and prelitigation management. Duties will include opening insurance claims, obtaining insurance documents and police reports, requesting liens, communicating with clients regarding treatment status, and requesting medical records. All applicants MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE IN PERSONAL INJURY. This position offers incentive bonuses in addition to competitive salary.
